    Introduction

Hi to all you Marlin and/or gun enthusiasts.
I am just starting my renewed hobby with guns and shooting. I've got several projects underway. One I hope to get some guidance from is in restoring an old Marlin 1894 25-20 (my profile pic). This gun was on the farm when I was a kid. SN (209672) search reported it was built in 1900.
The firing pin was broke/missing (surprise) so I just got the bolt apart. Broke one small punch as thing thing probably wasn't apart since originally built. Last time it was fired was maybe 50 yrs ago but not real sure about that. Anyway I'm anxious to get the new firing pins, spring, & extractor to put back together and maybe test fire it.
    My guns thus far.
    1. Marlin Model 1894 25-20 (1900)
    2. Stevens-Savage Westpoint 22LR semi-automatic (1970)
    2. C-to-C Model 267 (savage model 77) 20 Ga. pump shotgun (1971)
    3. M91/30 7.62x54 Mosin-Nagant (1932)
    4. Remington Model 870 Wingmaster 20 Ga. pump shotgun (1950)
    5. Baretta 92FS 9mm pistol (1982)
    6. Henry (golden boy) 22LR Lever Action w/octagon barrel just like my Marlin. (2011)
