I keep forgetting I have a model 60 only because it's illegal to use a semi-auto for hunting in PA but it's fun to shoot! When I remember to get it out.
It has a 3/4" Tasco RF 4X20 scope on it and I really don't care for it. Was thinking of going with a 1" rifle scope but I was thinking why not a peep sight. So this leads me to the question does anyone know of any company that makes a receiver peep that mounts to the receiver that uses the rails on it? Also is there a peep sight that would need to be D/T that will work on the model 60?
Many thanks!

Did a quick google search and found Tech Sights and ordered me a set! They look just like what I wanted. I really liked the sight on the M16A2 and this looks similar. I have to admit they looked so nice I bought 3 sets, one for the Model 60, one for the 10/22 and one for the Mini-14!

Eric,
I run Tech Sights on my 795 and very much like them. If you didn't already, go back to their accessories page and order the adjustment wrench. Makes life much easier.
When you mount the rear sight, be sure to keep it forward a bit on the rail so you aren't near the end where the narrows and gets shallower. Mine has stayed in place with no issues and no loctite.

I was reading some of the testimonials and saw where some talked about the adjustment wrench but I didn't really look for it. Thought to myself how hard could it really be. Now I'm going back to check it out. Thanks Erik!

You'll like the Tech sights. I have them on my 795 also.
Do you need the wrench for the marlin sights? I thought that was only for some of the other models.
