Sears Model 35, .22 pump question.

I found a Sears version of a pump .22 Marked Model 35. Priced at about $109.00. It was in pretty good shape except for a skuff mark in the pistol grip. It looked alot like a Winchester. Do you think it was a Winchester with the Sears name and do you think that was a good price?
