yes , the chamber is worn and empty cases must be pulled out with a screwdriver.
it will not feed from the tube magazine.
just wondering if investing any money is worth it.
They are all old, research shows made 1907 - 1934 do a google an the first thing I came up with was a place that had parts.
If the price is right, taking it apart and a good cleaning and polishing sometimes makes them usable again.
Heck even if you have to feed it one at a time and pull them empties with a pocket knife or a special made tool, they are a neat looking gun. The chamber likely can be polished and the extractor fixed to extract cases.
