    shame on me

Well I went and done it. The urge was on me and I couldn't fight it back, when I went to town today the old truck just turned in to the local gunshop and I'll be dang if I didn't come out of there with a new 917v with a 6x weaver on it and a tikka t3 300 win mag on layaway. Got a box of each brand of ammo, shoot it tomarrow and find out what it likes and how it handles

    shame on me

This is a common malady. My old truck did the same thing. Traded trucks and it didn't help. New one had the same problem. Moral of story; Don't waste money on trucks. Buy more rifles.

    Congratulations on your acquisitions.

    shame on me

Sounds like a smart truck to me. I think you will really enjoy both of those rifles.
