I have an old model 60 that I acquired sometime in the 1970's from a neighbor.
It has a wooden stock with a squirrel on it. The barrel says Glenfield Model 60,
made by Marlin firearms. The serial number is 72?3205XX.
According to everything I read on here this gun was manufactured in 1928! This must be a prototype of
the gun they started producing in 1960.
Is there somewhere I can find the
real year made ?
Thank you, but how did you find that? Everything said to subtract the first 2 digits from 2000 and that would give me the year.

1989 Model 60 - Long barrel, long mag, Boyds SS Evolution stock
