I recently purchased a Lee Loadmaster set up for 38/357. When I was assembling it, I noticed the action drop tube for the auto disk measure was bent. I emailed Lee and described my problem (without getting the actual part name and number right)and was quickly shipped a funnel adapter free of charge. After receiving the wrong part, admittedly my fault, I looked up the part number and proper name on their web site and let them know about the error. Once again they replied the part would be sent out free of charge and they made no mention of wanting the funnel adapter back. I now have my press up and running thanks to Lee's fantastic customer service. They've earned a loyal customer here.

Lee customer service has always been top notch as far as Im concerned. I have and will continue to purchase Lee products.

Lee products are top notch as well as their customer service IMO. If I loaded thousands of round a year I might entertain another switching brands but I do not so I love Lee.

I do load thousands of rounds a year and still like the Lee products. I have other products but just like the Lee better. They make the best starter kit for someone that is wants to get started in reloading. My two cents.

It all denpends on who you talk to at LEE
I broke a part on a bullet mould last year
I called , a lady said send it back or we will send you a new one but charge you
It would have cost more to send it back than buy the new one with shipping to me included , so I bought a new part
I called Lee again about a part that I had ....................Lost , misplaced or threw away![]()
They sent me that part for free and I said something about the mould part , they sent one of those for free also
So IMO if you need a part and they want to charge you
Call back and talk to someone else , might get it for free

I have to say that when I experienced a problem of any kind, Lee CS either supplied a different part, repaired, or replaced the part I needed. In my experience, Lee is top-notch! I recommend their products, without a doubt. jd45
