Steed, when my daughter was born we were told that tests (amniocentesis)sic showed she would suffer multiple birth defects and that children like what we were told do not survive long. My wife's family all told us we should have an abortion. If my wife and I had listened to her family I wouldn't have my beautiful 9 yo daughter, friend, shooting, and fishing buddy.

i believe God is able and available to do all things. pray for God's will to be done and that he give you grace to recieve his answer no matter what it is. and if God allows the baby to be born with DS remember God's will is the best way no matter what we should think or ask, god's no's are just as good as his yes is.

Thank you all very much. Both my daugher and wife have reviewed all the find comments coming back from you good folks. They were both very taken back to see that a gun forum would have a prayer forum and that so many people of different faith would join in prayer. This will be a long process and I appreciate all the support and prayers offered and to be offered. I will update this thread when I have more information.
