Hey there rockridge -- I'm still getting used to this board being down here! Let's be thinking the near side of the 14th to get started. That way you can do some sight tuning, if needed, before the silhouette match on the 14th. Just figure a pickup load of ammunition a day, and figure the number of days you can haul/stay!! Best regards. Wind

I can hear the conversation with SWMBO now.......
Sweetie, how do you feel about a 2,000 mile round trip in the deuce-and-a-half?
No?.....
Ok, We're taking the F-350 instead.
Why TWO trailers?
The fifth wheel is for YOU my dear; the other is full of ammo and reloading supplies for the trip!
Cheers!

Hey there Ed -- Now you're getting the idea! Just remember to get the spare tire on top of the load!! She'll surely get cranky unloading all the ammunition trying to find it... Best regards. Wind

If'n some fellers lack a 22 for the rimfire silhouette match I'll bring both of mine. It's a real good time.

Hey Wind!
Too bad you're in the "wrong" side of the country. I'll be in NB, Canada, that weekend and would love to be part of this getting together.
Can't you move to Maine?, the city of Calais would be perfect.
Cheers

Hey there Kaweskar -- What's another plane ticket? Heck, you're already in the Northern Hemisphere!!
and Moofy and Mr. Merde -- Get youse a couple t-shirts and some beer. Looks like there is still room up there in the pointy end! It's uphill, but if you leave now, it looks they they can get you here in time...

Best regards. Wind (and sunscreen... don't forget the sunscreen!)

Hey there ya'll -- I've heard from some of you that are planning to attend. It would help to hear from all of you others that are still thinking about it. The 11th of July looks like the most common arrival day so far. If you are thinking about the local motel, it would be best to make a reservation now as well. Feel free to PM me with questions or confirmations. Best regards. Wind

Wind:
SWMBO and I should be there on the 11th. Our "plans" keep changing.....(What's that saying...... The only constant is change........).
Originally I had planned to be there in 3 days, now She Who Must Be Obeyed wants to do some sightseeing on the way, so it's looking more like 5-6 days to get there and we're having to adjust our departure date accordingly.
In any event we will arrive absolutely not later than noontime on the 12th. We'll give you a call when we leave Tonasket headed toward the famous "U-Pick Sagebrush Ranch" as well as email when we have service during the trip.
I'll also be bringing a supply of HYPHENATED HATS......
Cheers!
Ed
PS: Not bringing any critters this trip.... Cleat's territory is safe!
