Redfield Prices Take a Jump...

I noticed that as well. I put a 2-7X on my 500Mag Encore carbine barrel, no complaints; however if they were at the price they are now I wouldn't have bought it. Too bad.

I am wondering if the revenge line is made overseas, doesn't say anything on the redfield sight. They clearly state that the revolution scopes are made in Oregon.

You know, my wife has a revolution on her savage 110. A 3-9X40. Its as clear as my VX-II on my 444, and cost $110 less at the time than my Leupold. I guess I don't have a problem spending a little bit more. They are quality scopes and I trust them. Just like I trust Leupold. At least I'm paying for a fellow United States citizen to build them for "this" US citizen. An extra $50 for that privilege of buying an American product is important to me.

I bought a 2-7X33 for $129 over a year ago for my BIL, I liked it so much I went back and bought one for mysely. Paid $149. I don't think I am a buyer at $179. Hope they sell lots at that price.

Way to go! I like the looks of the 4 plex reticle. That looks like it would work great in the woods!
My wife has a Revolution on her gun, it's a nice scope.

It's going on my 336 (30-30) I received the mounts in the mail from midway, and have them mounted on the rifle already....now just waiting on the scope. Looks like it may be a bit before I get it; they put it on back order. I do like the Talley low mounts I bought for it though; looks like the scope will be sitting at the perfect height.

Zeiss increased their price $100 on the standard 3-9x40 this year!

The Redfield Revenge is reportedly made overseas...if that matters to you.

Well folks, I just found out that was Redfield wasn't expected in until April. Had to change my order to the Pro Staff.My itchy fingers or bank account couldn't wait that long.
