Konus Pro Riflescopes - any experience?

Looking to try something different on a 336 .30-30 and see these Konus Pro scopes advertised on MidwayUSA. Never seen, handled or heard of them. Anybody have any in-use experience with Konus Pro?

I have one that has some sort of "foreign matter" that can be seen through the scope (thank God near the bottom and not in the center) that is internal - can't be cleaned off either lens. So, optically clear it ain't. Came this way in the box. But it has held it's zero.

The only folk I know with any Konus glass claim they make great spotting scopes, but have never used a riflescope.

Have an illuminated version on a muzzleloader and really like it. Works very well!
New to Marlins but already got the bug. Dammit. And now I went and caught some reloading.

This may be a day late and a dollar short, but here it goes! I have two KonusPro 4X32 on two .22 LR rifles. They have worked very well for me, (so much so I bought the second one). For the +/- $70.00 they can't be beat. To go better you need to spend nearly twice as much. Better than Tru-glo (?), NC Star and anything else in its price range.
I also have a Konus spotting scope which is pretty good also.

I have a shooting buddy who uses Konus spotting scopes and rifles scopes.I use his spotting scope all the time because its lighter and easier to set up than my Kowa. But it's nowhere as clear or powerful by a longshot. But for $179 ,its ok.
He has a 6-24x50 Konus riflescope on his Savage axis .308 and he has a smaller Konus scope on his .223 Savage Axis.He does pretty well and hits up to 650 yrds with the .308 consistently .I've shot his .308 at 500 yards a few times and rang the 12" and 6" gong.Decent glass for a budget scope.Definitely usable. And lifetime warranty. And around the $100 mark, not much more!
Even if I were on a budget I'd get a Nikon or a Vortex. But that's me.But,I wouldn't own a Savage Axis either. But,thats me.I'd rather own one high quality scope than five budget ones.
