    Is the Remington 783 replacing the Marlin XL7, XS7 & XS7VH?

Is the Remington 783 replacing the Marlin XL7, XS7 & XS7VH? It sure seems odd that I just recently was asked to fill out a Satisfaction Survey on one of my Marlins & I can't seem to find any for sale.

I believe the 783 is the replacement for the 770/710.
I don't drink or smoke, I spend my money on gunpowder and gasoline.

And here's another: Tinstar Shooting Range got mine here for what they're asking around my neck o' woods....I would have got it local, but it's near impossible to find the 7-08 in stock, but the 30-06 and 270 were easy to find on the shelves in my town.

I can't find any gun shop within 30 miles of me that sells Marlin X guns. I had to buy one off Gunbroker. After looking around I was afraid Marlin stopped making the Xgun.

Hope they still make the X gun. Was going to sell one but now I will hang on to it.
