Hate it for ya. Have you considered asking him why he did it? I know it wont change anything, but there may be some story there that helps rationalize it. I hope the new neighbors are awesome folks for you.

I, too, am sorry this happened to you Hemi ... it's just not right. The guy definately needs to be lightly slapped on the shin with a wrench. Almost nothing surprises me when it comes to the stupid things people do these days.

I'm hoping we get a full account of the SASS event.

Hey guys, figured that I better do an update. I did talk to him and there was no definitive explanation. I left it at that, no need to beat a dead horse. However I did get a call from an old close friend of mine. She is a bank manager and is handling this deal. She obviously cant discuss details but she did hint around that the deal is going to fall through. I am just waiting to see what happens.

I will take pics and get y'all a full detail of my new experience at the SASS/CAS event.
