Mr. Matousek is true to his work.....OMG are these rifles works of ART!!!!!

I told you one man can make a difference and whilst I would love to do a photo essay right now, I can't. I have to go on duty shortly and the UPS man just showed up. I CAN NOT EXPRESS INTO WORDS what these rifles look like! I have NEVER IS MY 46+ years on this planet EVER gazed upon a Marlin Rifle this well done!!!!!

Here's the plan: I have to work all weekend at the PD. I work double shifts. I will TRY to shoot pics of the rifles and give to a friend to have him upload so you can see here.

Bottom line: You are going to **** when you see these. And hopefully we'll all change our minds about the quality of what Remington can do. I DO KNOW THIS. I AM BUYING AND SENDING to Mr. Matousek WHATEVER LIBATION he wants! I'm almost afraid to look at them again they're so pretty.

And to my friends in North Haven. I apologize if my excitement in having a beautiful rifle is taken as an insult. I hope you don't take it the wrong way. AS I said previously it appears that MARLIN LIVES ON!

Don't be yankin' our chain PP. YOU'VE CREATED SOME PRETTY HIGH EXPECTATIONS, and we'll be waiting for the proof. Actually, I'm yankin' your chain a bit. Mighty glad to hear such enthusiasm for an employee of the new Marlin. Sounds like you found the right guy to solve your issues; there's no better experience than working with a customer service organization that delivers even more than is expected. Cheers to Mr. Matousek and all co-workers who become infected with his propensity to please.

Glad to hear that it worked out for you. Hopefully your experience will be the new rule, and not the exception. I am from Missouri and they are gonna have to "show-me".

It's about time I read a happy ending like this. Your excitement of a beautiful rifle is not an insult, it's this customer excitement in a product that the Original Marlin Firearms was all about. It is why we were so proud to work there, and why it hurt so bad to hear all the tales of junk with a Marlin name on it lately. I wasn't really upset at Remington for making Marlin Rifles (someone had to), I was upset that they were making them very badly, and then trying to pass the blame onto the old North Haven employees and equipment.

It's too bad the rifles were not like this from the start, but I'm glad it all worked out.

    NOW LET'S SEE THOSE PICS!

Glad to hear they came through. I am going to shoot my new 308 mxlr mr41... in the morning and hope to be just as pleased. I know alot of people got crapped on in this whole deal but at least they did keep it in America instead of going overseas! That is one reason I wanted to buy one so bad. It is getting harder and harder to find anything american and we can all help our country just by supporting the companies that are still here. They have to do their part though and produce a quality product.
