    Ruger Six-gun goodness...

Although the picture does it no justice, here is my very recently acquired Ruger GP100 Wiley Clapp .357 Magnum. Also listed as the Hawkeye model, this particular GP100 has a funky matte finish, Novak sights with a fiber optic front sight, smoothed edges, a three inch barrel, and rubber and wood grips. To my surprise this is very possibly the most accurate center fire handgun I own. I'll start toting it as soon as I settle on a holster. Some of my shooting buddies have accused the gun of being heavy, but it is much lighter than the 20 pounds of gear I wear at work. Eventually Talo will be releasing a limited run of the Wiley Clapp GP100 with a blued finish. As pleased as I am with this particular revolver I'm looking for an excuse to grab a second one. With ammo being difficult to obtain I bought a bullet mold, so I'll be rolling in ammo before too long.

If I didn't already have a pair of 3-inch 357's and a 4" GP-100, I would have to order one of those! I predict you two will be very happy together.

I didn't get a super smoking deal on it, but I think it is worth what I paid for it. And that's all it takes to justify a purchase for me.

I like it!! Ruger revolvers are built like tanks! I like my 4" GP quite a bit and think I'd like that one as well! Thanks for the pic!

I love that particular model. I have yet to actually see one in person though. I'm not sure if I will like the matte finish or not but im sure it wouldn't be too hard to polish her up if one needed to. Nice gun enjoy it.

That's a very nice ruger. I especially like the Novaks on a revolver. Not something you see everyday.

    Nice!
My wife has it's baby sister, an SP101 in 357.
Next to Marlins I think Ruger makes some of my favorite firearms. Great stuff. Have fun reloading for it. 38/357 are great cartridges to roll.
