What's your JM stamp look like

I realize this really isn't important but at the same time thought it would be interesting to see the JM stamps from some of my fellow MarlinOwners. I'll start with this one taken from a 1968 336. The stamp is on the right side looking down the barrel.

I've seen better, and I've seen far worse. What does yours look like?

Well seeing as how you brought it up ,I would have thought that the 1967 Westernfield I picked up would have had a Jm stamp on it even though it is roll marked on the opposite side with the store brand name but it is not.Instead it is stamped PP,not sure what that stands for.Anyone know?

Good question. My JC Higgins model 45 has what looks like an H, or maybe it's a B on the left side. And what looks like a D or a P on the right.

On the other hand my 1895 guide guns JM stamp looks like a 3 year old did it.

Mine is in the same place, right side, JM with circle but only half the circle visible and upside down. It is on a Model 36, 1945 version. Sorry for the bad picture

The JM stamp on my .35 is barely noticeable... on the 30-30 it's crystal clear
Never judge anyone by the color of their skin... unless their spray tan looks really bad
