    American Made Products For Our Marlins

    Somewhere around here we have a generic thread on USA made products but I got to thinking it would be nice to have a list of USA made products that support our Marlins. Be it directly (parts, etc.) or indirectly (scopes, slings, etc.).

    Now, first and foremost, I do NOT want to hear anything about where the lug nuts on the delivery truck were made and this is NOT a thread to voice your opinion about the state of American manufacturing. Save that for other threads.

    So that said, here's some I've come up with and please post yours. Links are nice but the company name will suffice.

    Grizzly Custom Guns, LLC - Custom Marlin Leverguns, Custom Scout Rifles, Custom Tactical Shotguns - Large Loop Levers, tactical rails, custom smith services, etc

    http://wildwestguns.com/ - Large Loop Levers, Peep Sights, Flashlight Mount, custom smith services, etc.

    Brockman's Custom Gunsmithing - Peep sights, custom smith services, etc.

    http://www.drcfirearms.com/_webapp_1...r_Action_Rifle - Large loop levers, metal followers, etc.

    Skinner Sights

    Custom Leather Work Hand crafted by Lever;

    Lee Precision the Innovative Leader in Reloading Equipment

    Redding Reloading Equipment

    Forster Products

    L.E. Wilson Inc.

    GRACE USA - Quality Gun Care Tools

    Leupold || Home Page

    Redfield Riflescopes, Rangefinders, Binoculars and Spotting Scopes

    Marlin Rimfire Parts and Accessories - Numerous products for Marlin semi and bolt rimfires

    Welcome to Turner Sling | turnersling.com

    Williams Gun Sight, Inc. | Gun sights for rifles, pistols, shotguns, muzzleloaders, and more

    Welcome to Wisner's, obsolete gun parts. - Newly manufactured parts for old Marlins

    Otis Technology - Gun cleaning products

    Lead Free Bullets | Barnes Bullets

    Garrett Cartridges Inc. 44 mag .45-70 .44 ammo ammunition bullets african hunting cartridges

    Buffalo Bore Ammunition | Strictly Big Bore - Strictly Business

    Warne Scope Mounts

    Well, that is a start. There are others that I believe are made in the USA but I couldn't find out for sure. Companies like XS, Hoppes, and others fall into this category. Others like Burris state something along the lines of "most of our products are made in the USA" so I didn't include them.

    As I said, by all means, add your inputs.

    I need to research this. I'm getting reports that Hornady has Chinese made products. I don't know. Anyone help out?

    I'm sure they make most of their bullets here in NE. Otherwise what is that big new mfg plant they built in Grand Island a few years ago for?
    I also received their Universal Sling for Christmas, put it on my 338MX, it was made in CO.

    I'll take a look at my dies and APEX shotshell reloader and see if there is a "made in China" anywhere.
