    Finally a brick of 22LR

After going two months with no bricks of 22LR anyplace I have been, my LGS received several cases today. I was lucky enough to get one brick before they sold out in less than 2 hours! How is everyone else fairing with LR inventory?

I finally found a marlin 60 at a local pawn shop. I bought it right away. Still brand new with box, tags, etc. I can pick it up early next week... I have been searching for ammo online for 2 hours now amid can't find any lr anywhere!!!!!

Took me months of searching to find the rifle.... I wonder how long it will take me to get ammo now?

I went to the local Wally World and Big5 sporting good stores up here in Ceres Calif and there is nothing!!! I did see 11 boxes of 30.06 in Wally World. I dont have a 30.06 or they would have been gone!

The walmarts in my area only sell 3 boxes to any one customer in any one day. At least for the past couple of weeks.

I'm finding .22 wmr which is ok, my daughter has a Henry. But no .22LR anywhere, I did find subsonics and bought those so we could have something to shoot. Reserving my brick.

Hey Doc...Ceres, eh? I grew up in Modesto when you could still tell they were different towns. Some of my favorite memories have to do with hunting ground squirrels along the Tuolumne. A family friend raised sheep there, the dang squirrels raised heck with his irrigation ditches to the point he gave me a buck for every squirrel tail I brought him. There was a bounty on crows and magpies at the time, too. hehehe, became a professional hunter there for awhile. My poor dad could never get me to mow the lawn again. Moved into the Mother Lode in 1970, finally ditched CA for good in '91 when they instituted waiting periods for long guns. Still have kids in Coarsegold and Sonora. Maybe we could get together next time I;m out there to visit.
