I have an 1894CB rifle with the straight buttstock. It was made in 2001 and has the factory checkering. I would like to trade it for a pistol grip stock from a 336 Marlin with the same checkering mine has. This would involve swapping the lever and trigger bar also. My stock is in excellent condition and pix are available.

The trigger plates and levers are not interchangeable between the 336 and 1894. The receiver on the 1894 is shorter than the 336.

The only thing wrong with gun ownership is lack of participation.
