I know I have been promising some pics, so here they are. This is a gun that my fellow MO Gaterskiner found for me down in Florida. It is in nice shape with a 24" barrel and the wood ain't bad either. The SN begins with 03 and it has North Haven on the barrel, so it ain't no Remlin. Gater thought it was a Remlin and it made no difference to me but of course I am glad it is a real Marlin. The only thing I have seen on it is when I cycle the action the ejector does not line up evenly when I close the action. I can see a tiny bit of the ejector sticking out from the topstrap.

Being a former amateur/semi-pro film photographer in college, I am embarrassed about the quality and artistry (as opposed to Roe). I am trying to get used to my digital camera but I don't have a lot of patience. I will get it eventually but at least my MO friends that have been helpful to me, have some gun porn to look at for the weekend!

Looks great! What caliber, and do you have any shooting plans yet?

I am very partial to my 1894 Cowboy Limited 24' in 44Mag. 2002 vintage-last year they were made.
I can guarantee that you will enjoy it.
Your photos are better than most can achieve.

Biku,
I can't believe I forgot the caliber! It's a .45 LC and I don't hunt anymore, but I do have plenty of targets.
Anybody have any opinions on my ejector problem/non-problem?

Doc, I'm not real clear on what the problem is..............can you describe it, or show it, maybe both?

Glad to see you got her home. Sorry I did not notice the ejector thing. (still not sure what you mean) Glad you are happy with it!!!
Time for A range report.
Blessed is he who expects nothing for he shall not be disapointed

Guys, I'm not really sure either. It's nothing that would affect shooting I'm sure, maybe just cosmetic. I'll try to get a close up pic today later on.
