Picked up a couple boxes and some shells yesterday. The gold Super X and the 20 ga AA's are full boxes.
I had never seen the camo box before. Not sure what the cartridges are but they have wood bullets and one has an interesting headstamp

That Alcan box sure brings back memories. Years ago I was given a couple of old cans of Alcan shotgun powder and a couple of boxes of 12 gauge wads. Don't remember what I did with the powder as I couldn't find load data for AL-8, but those wads sure worked good in my 12 gauge muzzleloader with black powder.
Aim Small.. Hit Small
What matters is marksmanship, shot selection, and bullet construction (mass, diameter and expansion behavior). These are things that don't tend to be found in ballistics tables
357 Magnum For when you just absolutely, positively have to shoot something.
Nice haul Shep, I especially like those Mark 5 boxes, I intend on owning some of those myself when I happen upon them. They used to be real popular here in these parts as I hear the old timers talk of hunting with 'em.
