Hi everybody I am new to the forum and bought a new Marlin classic 22 inch barrel 45/70 made by Remington. I really checked it over closely at the gun store and got a good one -fit and finish are good and with a williams fp receiver sight and Federal 300 grain if I do my part it will shoot 2 inch groups at 100 yards.I did tune the action and now it is a lot smoother-I guess I got lucky or maybe somebody took a little pride in their work.I look forward to making friends and gaining knowledge about Marlins from yall.
