Talley lt. weights

Does anybody know if the Talley light weight ring/mount system in the "low" size will work on a Guide Gun with a Weaver V1x3 ? I dont have a dealer close and will have to order them. Would like to get the low but just dont know if it will work. Thought someone might have tried it before I call Talley. Thanks to all that can shed some light.

Assuming your scope has the 20mm objective lens (1x3x20) the talley low mounts will work fine. You may have to slide the scope one way or the other to insure clearance for the hammer but it should be fine. You will need a hammer spur extension.

Thanks for the reply. I am going to order the mount today. I will have to dig up the hammer spur that came with the gun.

I run them with a vx3 1.5-5 .They are nice and low.Had to use a hammer spur thou
