    My Ruger 50th Anniversary No 1 loves the 325 grain gummies. This is 3 shots at 100 yards with a 4x scope. Planned to use bear hunting last year but didn't draw a tag. If I get one this year I will use it or else my 77/44 or my SRH 44.

    Can't speak for the 250s but the 325s are very accurate in my guide gun. Crushes deer in the 50-60 yard range

    I would go with the lighter round myself. I love the 45-70.

    Kinda like huntin Deer with Hand grenades! They don't run far..... if at all.
