Weird looking Trigger Spring ????????????

Kudo's for all the great Marlin TuneUp info on this site. You guys are great. I'm proud to associate with such GREAT Minds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's my question . Does the 444 Trigger return spring kinda dogleg and turn straight up where it contacts on the trigger? I've included some photos. Hope there clear enough.
I ordered the Wollfe Performance Pack. Wish I had ordered a new trigger spring.
The reason I ask. I just finished Tuning Up and installing the same wollfe spring pak in my Marlin 35. The trigger spring looks completely different.

I bought both of these rifles 10 years ago used, First time I've been in them. See what You Guys have started. It's all your fault !!!!

Yes mine look close to that.
