Ranch Dog - question on your bullet again

    Hello RD,

Thanks for your help with developing 44 mag loads for my 1894.
Based on that I would like to ask you a question.
According to your write up I should not be pushing my WW (water dropped) cast bullet (gas checked) harder than 29K for 44 mag. Does this apply for the same bullet in .444 caliber? I am using IMR4198 and I tried loading it about 39 to 41 gr, but I guess I should not be exceeding more than, let's say, 30+ gr?

    Is this the case?

Thank you for all your help, sir.

    Cheers,
    Mad

I got your PM and sent you a reply... going to be tied up for a few days moving stuff from my old laptop to a new one. The LCD screen shattered on my machine when I opened it the other day.
