...'nuther testimony for the CCI Quiet-22 against squirrels.

15 yards through both shoulders, DRT.
    Off shoulder completely dislocated,
    bullet exited and lost.

Only bad thing is that I was aimin' at the neck.

I was going to try and bid on a Marlin 1894 25-20 with a 32" Oct barrel. It was on the Rock Inland action.
But the action went past what I wanted to pay, in about 2 seconds.

    I can build one cheaper.

"Mr Humble" got DXed a few days back by JACKTW for his not-so-humble shenanigans. We have learned that he has returned to MO using another user name. It seems that the 35 Rem Adv thread is his favorite target--please let JACKTW or I know if "Mr Humble" returns to cause trouble.

I bid on the same pair of guns Tom. Bid higher than I wanted to and still got beat by almost double. I don't understand it.
I drove down on Wed. to inspect them, both had extremely poor bores and were filthy inside.

I can't figure out the firearm online sales sites--they are crazy. I passed on a lot of Mint Uberti 32-20s due to the prices being way north of 600 bucks. Found this one on GB for 400 bucks this week and no one bid on it but me.

Jay, if Mr Humble is using a different name, how will we know it's him?

Just look at his posts. If he comes on with that "know it all" style and makes fun of what you post since it doesn't usually pertain to the 35 Rem--its got to be him. The Mods can check out that MO user from there to see if we have a "winner".

I never even got a chance to bid.

I have a beater reciever that I might just turn into one. Maybe a 32" Half Oct Model 94, and make it into a pistol grip.
