My brothers new true Marlin 336 SC in 35 rem. All original? and Glenfield Mod 25

I've brought my brother to the Marlin team! He just purchased this new (to him) true Marlin 336SC in 35 Rem. It looks all original to me what do y'all think?? serial # U247

I also recently got a Glenfield Model 25 from my grandfather I've cleaned it all up since these pics but don't have new pics to post quite yet; that gives y'all something to look forward to.

Looks like a 336SC with that forearm cap. Nice find.
