Got a 4x32 on my 30AS w/ ril & low mounts, and the rear sight clears fine.

I used low Leupold Rifleman rings and the Weaver 63B base to mount a 2x7 Redfield on my 336, which is a 67 RC with similar sights to what you have. It clears the rear sight with a little to spare. You can go on Midwayusa's site and they tell you the height of all the rings they sell. The low rifleman rings are .112 and the medium Quadlocks are .168 (did not see lows in that model). I think you should be fine with the setup you want.

Midway has the rail and Quad rings set in matte black for $20.99. There's no review for the set which makes me question the quality a little? However, since it's a "set", I would think/hope the rail and rings would pair well? Anyone know?
