I've been intrigued with the 25-35 for awhile, but would much prefer it in the Marlin.
If I provide the rifle, what would be a ballpark figure for getting it re-chambered and barreled? Would probably want the improved chamber, and built on an older, pre-safety,pre- checkered 336.
I have two in 25-36 one 26" round the other 26" octagon, both 1893's they shoot the 25-35 great and when the brass stretches a little it becomes the 25-36 for handloading. They are out there if you look around.

Just aquired a 25-36 myself in an 1893 along with 60 pices of new 25-35 brass. But I would be intrested in a 336CB in 25-35 if Marlin would make a run of them I plan on killing a whitetail this year with the 25-36 using 111 grain cast bullet :!:Originally Posted by Sure-Shot
Looking for a source for a 25 cal barrel blank for a model 336 30-30. I would like to have it chambered it for 25-35 WCF or 25-35AI. I think the 25-35 would be an awesome chambering for a 336.
