I had a ad from a gunshop that did various conversions to 336s. I'm interested in coverting a Glenfield 30 (30-30) to 38-55. Does anybody know the place that does this?

This guy does reboring with three groove 1-9 twist and slower. Most any dia you want. His address is near the bottom of the page, you may want to search this site a little as you should have plenty of money to spend ha ha. Take care Michael and have fun.

I have a 30/30 rebored to 38/55 by Jesse and am very pleased. It shoots better than most of my other levers in their original caliber.Shoots Hornady bullets very well.I'm still working on some cast bullet loads.

Here's another fellow that does this kind of work:

Recommend you also call Marlin. They'll rebarrel and fix you up with a Cowboy configuration.
