Palmtree, if you don't mind my asking, how much did DCR charge you to make this for you and how long ago was this?
Classic guns, stripped down motorcycles, hand rolled cigars, aged whiskey, an understanding woman, and a quiet dog. That's heaven to me

A stainless 16" Trapper model in .45acp would not only be sweet but extremely popular. Spare ammo could be carried in the pistol mag of choice, talk about handy! A trapper in that chambering would sure fit the ticket for my convertible revolver collection too, almost all of which are .45 combo's.

Am pretty much through purchasing rifles at this time but would consider one in 45ACP if it were available. My 45ACP handguns are my favorite/ones I carry when out and would love to be packing a rifle that could chamber/shoot the same round.

I just followed the link and checked out the site, nice. Just one question that I couldn't seem to find the answer to that's part of my dream Marlin, does he still do the takedown option on your gun? Curious if any one has contacted him to ask that one. I gonna have to, it would make my "Grail Gun" list shorter.

That thing is SWEET! I think my computer is shorting out from all the drool on the keyboard.

That is one sweet rifle. I am certainly going to check out the website. Thanks for the info. I wanted a 45 Casull and thought it only came in a Rossi. Has anyone had any experience with the Rossi holding up to the casull?
